Help End Childhood Hunger in America

Chef Jason

Hey Gang,

From June 27th-29th I’ll be riding my bike down the coast of California, from Carmel to Santa Barbara. This is my third year participating in Chefs Cycle for No Kid Hungry. My friends, fans and followers, I’m asking you to watch my video below about why I'm doing this ride, help me get the word out, and donate to help eradicate childhood hunger in America. Consider pledging $1 for every mile I ride on this nearly 300 mile journey. Every $1 you donate can help connect a child with up to 10 meals.

I'm honored to be part of Team NKH. From the moment I started researching the No Kid Hungry campaign, I knew I had found a cause that truly mattered: KIDS. I was shocked as an outsider (Aussie) to learn how many families and kids in America were going without proper food and nutrition. It solidified for me my need to be involved with this wonderful organization and to do what I could to help spread the word.

One of the things on my bucket list is to ride my bike across America, so it became a no-brainer to help create Chefs Cycle several years ago. It’s actually been something I’ve thought about and outlined for a very long time. When the opportunity presented itself to work with No Kid Hungry on such a worthwhile and worthy cause, it was an easy decision and automatic fit for me. We'll have more information on a cross-country ride in the future. In the meantime, join me on my ride down the coast of California by making a donation and following my journey.

Remember, every $1 you donate can help connect a child with up to 10 meals. Let's do this!
